Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection
Stickey keeps the words you collect and your review progress on your phone. To do that it creates an anonymous account on first launch, identified only by a random ID.
You may choose to create an account with an email address and password, to keep your words when you change phones. Stickey then also stores your email and password, and syncs your words, review progress, streak, paws, jars and settings to our servers so another phone signed in to the same account can pick them up. Stickey does not collect other personal details, your location, or your contacts.
2. Information Sharing
Stickey does not sell or share your information with third parties, including other users. Service providers process it only to run Stickey for you: our server host, Mailgun to send account emails such as the welcome and sign-in notices, RevenueCat for subscriptions and your purchase history, and, on iPhone, OneSignal for notifications. All data is sent over encrypted connections.
3. Right to Erasure
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or by email. Deleting your account permanently erases your email address, sign-in details and everything synced to the account from our servers. This cannot be undone. An anonymised record that no longer identifies you may be retained. The words stored on your device stay there until you remove the app.
Step-by-step instructions are on Delete your account.
4. User Discovery
There is none. No one else can see your word list. It is private to you and the phones signed in to your account.
5. Other Questions
We are happy to answer questions or help however we can. All questions can be sent to team@stickeyapp.com.
