Delete your Stickey account

You can delete your Stickey account and the data synced with it at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

1. Open Stickey and go to the You tab.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email team@stickeyapp.com, from the address you signed up with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address, password and sign-in session.
• Everything synced to your account: the words you kept, your review progress, streak, paws, jars and settings.

What is kept

An anonymised account record with no email, password or anything else that identifies you, so that our records stay consistent. It is kept indefinitely and cannot be linked back to you. The words stored on your phone stay there until you remove the app or use Start over.
